Roll up, roll up, and come explore the magic of that magnetic and mysterious phenomenon, the CIRCUS - reimagined Fox&Badge style.

Our first ever Fox&Badge event (Freaks) hinted at the circus, so we finally return to pay our due respects and explore its spectacular community and menagerie; its mystique and allure; its penchant for spectacle, artistry and prowess; its sensual, shadowy underbelly, its tinge of pathos beneath the laughter; its appeal to spirit and transcendence. The circus is life at its best - a pageant of celebration and wonder.

We salute the resilient magnificence of its great troupes of talent, genius, misfits, outcasts and wanderers - inspired by their ability to transcend difference to form powerful, connective, creative communities. And we thus invite all our guests to similarly express their extravagant true selves; unleash their essence and inner freak - and collectively connect and interact to the Circus Maximum, in our giant melting pot of desire.
And as we recall the instrumental role of animals played in all the spectacle (whether the lions at the Circus Maximus, the bears of mediaeval travelling fairs, or the horses of Philip Astley’s 1768 Lambeth arena), we invite our guests to also unleash their full animal and feral potential.

We will offer 2 glorious rooms of stunning melodic techno - both driving and ethereal - from 5 mind-blowing DJs, all-female in the Big Top (Just Her, Mia Aurora, Alexandra + Tripswitch & Kai); a packed schedule of the most glorious performance and seamless spectacle; magical spaces inhabited by wandering actors, immersives, sideshows and sensual moments; and our deeply welcoming, stunningly-attired, open-hearted community.

Important note: you are the event - your creativity and input co-create the atmosphere. Your presence matters greatly to us; so does how you present. If you look less than awesome, the whole event suffers. Please be as elegant, alluring and ravishing as you possibly can; everyone will thank you for it. We prize sensuality, self-expression and imagination. There will be absolutely no entry without maximum effort and reverence for the theme; we will not admit ANY ordinary day-clothes, businesswear (unless you work for the Circus), sportswear, jeans, T shirts, sneakers, etc.

If in doubt, ask friends or our community; check out all the many photos and videos of our previous events on facebook or instagram; get in touch. Anyone rocking up with inadequate effort will be turned away without refund, or offered the opportunity to abandon all their clothes at the door, and gently escorted to the whipping booth for atonement :).
